Administration Support for Financial Insurances Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for administration and financial services? Do you have a native level of German and a good level of English or Spanish? We are seeking a highly skilled Administration Support Specialist to join our team in Barcelona.
Responsibilities:- Interact with customers as a problem-solver and provide support.
- Ensure swift and fast resolution of problems.
- Handle complex issues related to contracts and liaise with partners to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with customers directly to understand their needs.
- A native level of German and a good level of English or Spanish.
- Previous experience in administrative or back-office work.
- Ability to work coordinated, organized, and autonomously.
- Energetic, innovative, and proactive approach.
- Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.
- Valid Spanish work permit required.
- Contract: 3 months + 3 months + permanent contract.
- Working hours: 40 hours/week, Mon - Fri 9AM - 6PM.
- Salary: ******** gross/year.
- 24 days/year holiday.
