Job Title: Administration Support for Financial Insurances

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for administration and financial services? Do you have a native level of German and a good level of English or Spanish? We are seeking a highly skilled Administration Support Specialist to join our team in Barcelona.

Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers as a problem-solver and provide support.
  • Ensure swift and fast resolution of problems.
  • Handle complex issues related to contracts and liaise with partners to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with customers directly to understand their needs.
Requirements:
  • A native level of German and a good level of English or Spanish.
  • Previous experience in administrative or back-office work.
  • Ability to work coordinated, organized, and autonomously.
  • Energetic, innovative, and proactive approach.
  • Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.
  • Valid Spanish work permit required.
Benefits:
  • Contract: 3 months + 3 months + permanent contract.
  • Working hours: 40 hours/week, Mon - Fri 9AM - 6PM.
