Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Support to join our team at Blu Selection in Barcelona. As a key member of our back-office team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our financial services team, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the resolution of customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless workflow and efficient use of resources.
  • Liaise with partners and stakeholders to resolve issues and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • A native level of German and a good level of English OR Spanish.
  • Previous experience in administrative or back-office work, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Benefits
  • Contract: 3 months + 3 months + permanent contract.
  • Working hours: 40/ weeks, Mon - Fri 9AM - 6PM.
  • Salary: gross/year.
