Administrative Support Specialist for Financial Insurances

Are you passionate about numbers and the financial insurance industry? Do you have a knack for organization and a desire to work in a dynamic administration environment? We're looking for a skilled Administration Support specialist to join our team in Barcelona.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills to clients.
- Ensure swift and efficient resolution of problems and issues.
- Liaise with colleagues and partners to resolve complex contract-related issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Native-level German and good English or Spanish language skills.
- Previous experience in administrative or back-office work.
- Ability to work independently, organized, and at a fast pace.
- Enthusiasm for intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.
- Valid Spanish work permit required.
- 3-month probationary period followed by a permanent contract.
- 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9AM-6PM.
- Gross salary: €24,000/year.
- 24 days/year holiday.
