Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills to clients.
  • Ensure swift and efficient resolution of problems and issues.
  • Liaise with colleagues and partners to resolve complex contract-related issues.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Requirements:
  • Native-level German and good English or Spanish language skills.
  • Previous experience in administrative or back-office work.
  • Ability to work independently, organized, and at a fast pace.
  • Enthusiasm for intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.
  • Valid Spanish work permit required.
What We Offer:
  • 3-month probationary period followed by a permanent contract.
  • 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9AM-6PM.
  • Gross salary: €24,000/year.
  • 24 days/year holiday.
