Job Title: NetSuite Financial Operations Specialist

Cint is seeking an experienced NetSuite Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our NetSuite ERP system to support our financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • NetSuite Administration: Administer and configure NetSuite to meet our financial requirements, including setting up and maintaining charts of accounts, financial reporting, and customizations.
  • Financial Processes Optimization: Analyze and streamline financial processes within NetSuite to improve efficiency and accuracy. Work closely with the finance team to understand their needs and implement system enhancements that support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain custom financial reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for financial decision-making. Monitor system performance and generate financial reports to support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • System Integration: Manage integrations between NetSuite and other financial systems or third-party applications, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on NetSuite financial modules and functionalities. Create and maintain user documentation and provide ongoing support for financial system queries.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls by configuring system settings and access controls appropriately. Conduct regular audits and reviews of system access and security settings.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or senior Finance NetSuite user with a focus on financial modules and processes.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite ERP, especially in financial modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets).
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices, specifically multi-subsidy and intercompany transactions.
  • Experience with NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics is highly desirable.
