Job Title: NetSuite Financial Operations Specialist

Cint is a pioneer in research technology, and we're looking for an experienced NetSuite Financial Operations Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled NetSuite administrator with a strong finance background to manage and enhance our NetSuite ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial operations and proven experience in administering NetSuite to support financial objectives and integrate seamlessly with other systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and configure NetSuite to meet the company's financial requirements, including setting up and maintaining charts of accounts, financial reporting, and customizations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to financial processes, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
  • Use complex saved searches and imports to access and consolidate data.
  • Analyze and streamline financial processes within NetSuite to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work closely with the finance team to understand their needs and implement system enhancements that support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate overly manual processes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in administering NetSuite and a strong finance background.
  • Deep understanding of financial operations and financial reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work closely with the finance team and implement system enhancements.
