Administration Support for Financial Insurances

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Support to join our team at Blu Selection in Barcelona. As a key member of our back-office team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial services.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our financial services team, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.
- Assist in the resolution of customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless workflow and efficient use of resources.
- Liaise with partners and stakeholders to resolve issues and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- A native level of German and a good level of English OR Spanish.
- Previous experience in administrative or back-office work, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Contract: 3 months + 3 months + permanent contract.
- Working hours: 40/ weeks, Mon - Fri 9AM - 6PM.
- Salary: gross/year.
- 24 days/year holiday.
