Technical Customer Support Specialist for Croatian Market

Job Overview: As a Technical Customer Support Representative, you will provide top-tier customer service to Croatian-speaking customers.

Job Description:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, setup, and configurations.
- Maintain clear communication, offering solutions and escalating issues when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with product updates and company policies.
- Meet performance goals, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Croatian speaker with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and passion for technology and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
