Job Description:

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, setup, and configurations.
  • Maintain clear communication, offering solutions and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with product updates and company policies.
  • Meet performance goals, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent Croatian speaker with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Previous customer service or technical support experience preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and passion for technology and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
