We're currently working with a leading technology and services leader to fill the role of Sports Goods Support Specialist (Remote). This opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals who speak Polish, German, or Portuguese (B2 level) and English fluently.
About the Role:- Engage with customers via phone and chat to provide accurate information about various sports products.
- Focus on delivering outstanding service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed case notes for each interaction.
- Contribute to achieving both individual and team performance targets.
- Solid command of Polish, German, or Portuguese (B2 level) and English.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong typing and PC-user skills.
