Job Summary
The Jel Sert Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce Sales Manager to lead our Walmart business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for advancing the customer experience, distribution, business planning, and P&L primarily for Walmart 1P and 3P businesses.

Key Responsibilities
• Meet targets for profitable eCommerce sales and strategic objectives
• Lead cross-functionally with Marketing, Category Management, Finance, Transportation, and Operations, as well as Senior Leadership, to ensure delivery of relevant innovation, key initiatives and corporate strategy to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations
• Proactively identify and quickly respond to customer problems
• Manage eCommerce forecast, volume, revenue, and investment on a weekly/monthly/annual basis
• Develop and execute WFS 3P strategy (Walmart Fulfillment Services - preferred marketplace placement and benefits)
• Plan and execute strategic advertising campaigns to drive increase in B&M and online sales, including new item launch plans to be supported and driven by online execution
• Understand long-term business and competitive (e)retailer implications of daily decisions
• Provide customer/channel expertise and leadership to drive development of appropriate strategic and tactical plans for eCommerce
• Establish and execute monthly reporting to Senior Leadership and key stakeholders
• Proactively and regularly analyze market trends and recommend strategy for eCommerce portfolio
