As an Ecommerce Strategist Intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in areas such as product listing optimization, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting KC's Ecommerce Strategy in Pure Players, Brick and Clicks, and Marketplaces. This includes assisting with product listing optimization, helping to improve visibility and drive sales, product content creation, marketing content and SEO. You will also provide regular reports & updates on suggested actions and action implementations, ensuring an aligned approach with Ecommerce Marketing and the wider Ecommerce team (Finance, Category Manager).
As an Ecommerce Strategist Intern, you will work cross-functionally with key supporting functions (Local Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and Sales) and support inventory management tasks, such as monitoring stock levels, updating product availability, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. You will also conduct market research, analyze ecommerce data to identify trends, track performance, and generate reports to inform decision-making. Additionally, you will contribute to ecommerce strategy development and implementation to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
This is a 12-month full-time, hybrid internship (2 days per week at the office in Madrid).
