The Role

We are seeking an Ecommerce Business Strategist to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our CRAFT team, you will report directly to the Global Business Lead and play a crucial role in shaping our growth strategy and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Align with brand leadership to ensure seamless delivery of work and strict follow-up of timelines.
  2. Manage and facilitate workflow, communications, and ensure seamless delivery of work.
  3. Follow up on agreed KPIs and ensure these are met in time and manner.
  4. Orchestrate business growth in Spain (initially) and involve other studios/agencies in other parts of the work.
