Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
- As a Business Development Senior Manager within BCG's Insurance Practice Area, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and shaping the practice area's strategic agenda.
- You will work closely with Global and Regional Topic Leaders, as well as Regional Practice Area Leaders and their leadership team, to develop and implement business development plans and track progress.
- You will identify key business initiatives and opportunities, manage their execution, and report on revenue and lead flow.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in Sector/Offer/BD Management or on the Consulting Team (equivalent to Project Leader).
- BCG experience preferred.
- Role-related certifications are a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage sensitive information.
- Advanced knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
