Sales Strategy Senior Analyst Role Overview

At OneTrust, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy Senior Analyst to join our Sales Strategy and Operations Team. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in driving sales performance and revenue growth through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and refine sales strategies aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.
  2. Develop and maintain sales forecasts, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular reports for management and stakeholders.
  3. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales performance and revenue growth.
  4. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity across the sales organization.
  5. Support our Sales team by performing regular team maintenance and keeping a clean and up-to-date representation of the team's territory in our CRM platform.
  6. Work closely with various teams, including Finance, Marketing, and Product, to align strategies, share insights, and drive overall company growth.
  7. Support the development and implementation of sales enablement programs, tools, and resources to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.
  8. Assist in the training and development of sales teams, providing guidance on sales methodologies, processes, and tools.
  9. Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry and reporting in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate with teammates, and fully deliver on all commitments to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and proficiency in data analysis tools.
