The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team at Xm. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with our Partners and driving business growth through strategic partnerships. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing Partner retention strategies, acting as a main contact for Partners, and fostering strong relationships through personalized support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be fluent in Taiwanese and Mandarin, and have a strong understanding of the business landscape. Key requirements: A degree in a business-related field, experience in a similar position, and fluency in Taiwanese and Mandarin.
