About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Payments Partnerships Manager to join our team at MoonPay. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic relationships with payment processors, financial institutions, and key industry partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and foster relationships with existing and new payment processors, financial institutions, and other relevant partners to enhance our payment offerings.
  • Spearhead commercial negotiations and maintain governance over partnership agreements, creating win-win situations and supporting MoonPay's long-term growth.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships, regularly assessing and reporting on the success and ROI of partnerships.
  • Work with the MoonPay executive team and a cross-functional group of stakeholders (product, engineering, data, compliance, legal, finance, and operations) to spearhead business readiness for new opportunities and optimizing existing payment methods.

Requirements
  • 5+ years proven experience collaborating with key players in the payments industry, including global card networks, acquirers, and issuers, with a deep understanding of the intricate vendor relationships that power electronic payments.
