Salary and Benefits

Job Description

Job Summary: As a Performance Development Coach at Aexp, you will lead the way in developing end-to-end training programs that enrich our colleagues' skills and knowledge, powering customer engagement and driving business results.

Responsibilities:

  • Transpose diverse material and content into actionable learning programs.
  • Deliver classroom and blended programs that add value to learners and the business.
  • Provide targeted coaching and on-the-job reinforcement activities to drive speed to proficiency.
  • Manage colleague performance in achieving pre-defined goals and apply a systematic approach to improving current performance.
  • Identify gaps between existing and required performance, analyze causes, and implement learning solutions.
  • Make recommendations on colleague progress in terms of overall performance and job fit.
  • Stay abreast of trends in adult education, e-learning, and technology-supported training.
  • Act as a first point of contact for line-of-business partners and provide weekly performance updates with confidence and credibility.
  • Lead on-the-job training and provide on-floor support to trainees in OJT environments.
  • Evaluate success of training implementation by assessing achievement of learning objectives and transfer of knowledge.
  • Identify needed revisions to training materials and communicate these to the Design team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Facilitation and/or coaching expertise.
  • Proficiency in French and English; Spanish is desirable.
  • GNA process/SME knowledge is preferred.
  • Familiarity with various training delivery methodologies, such as virtual classrooms, e-learning, and web-based learning.
  • A high level of personal accountability, ability to manage multiple priorities, and drive performance.
  • Organizational agility to adjust to changing business needs.
  • Proven leadership abilities in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and demonstrated mentoring and coaching skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels.
  • Emotional intelligence and self-critique skills.
