  • Drive platform growth by increasing seller sales, extending the assortment, and optimizing price competitiveness in the Italian territory.">
  • Ensure effective product onboarding for sellers, reducing complexity and minimizing time-to-market.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and support Business Partner Managers in communicating with sellers.">
  • Analyze sales data and develop strategic business advice to improve grow sales through assortment, cross-border extension, and pricing optimization.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or vocational training.">
  • Experience in e-commerce and understanding of the marketplace business model.">
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI) and ability to interpret and deviate actions.">
  • Strong sales skills (presentation, negotiation, persuasion, relationship building).">
  • Clear, precise, professional communication skills.">
  • Native or high level of English and Italian (other languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, or Dutch are a plus).">
  • Understanding of digital marketing.">
