The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:- Develop Comprehensive Advertising Strategies: Create and manage multiple ad campaigns targeting different segments of the crypto audience, aligned with our marketing objectives and project milestones.
- Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns using X Ads Manager, conduct A/B testing on ad copy, visuals, and targeting to improve performance, manage ad budgets and bids to ensure optimal ROI, adjust campaigns in real-time based on performance data and market trends.
- Audience Targeting: Develop detailed audience personas for different segments of the crypto community, utilize X's targeting options effectively, including keywords, interests, and lookalike audiences, implement retargeting strategies to re-engage users who have interacted with our content or website.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience managing X ad campaigns with a focus on the cryptocurrency industry.
- Proven track record of running successful X ad campaigns with measurable ROI.
- In-depth understanding of X's ad platform, policies, and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
Preferred Skills:
Candidates with experience in programmatic advertising, knowledge of SEO principles and their application to social media, and proficiency in ad management tools and analytics platforms will be preferred.
