The RoleWe're seeking an Online Marketing Manager (f/m/d) for AI-based SaaS to strengthen our team in Switzerland or remotely. The position offers 60 - 100% flexibility.
Key Responsibilities- Developing the organization's marketing strategy in close collaboration with management.
- Conceptualizing, implementing, and maintaining effective marketing campaigns.
- Main responsibility for website content and social media channels.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Social Media Advertising.
- Conversion Rate Optimization.
- Studies in marketing, economics, or related fields.
- Expertise in online media and social media platforms.
- Initial experience with HubSpot.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
- Strategic analytical mindset, engaging demeanor, entrepreneurial approach, initiative, and hands-on mentality.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and strong IT skills.
