Bike Business Strategist Wanted

We are looking for a highly skilled Bike Business Strategist to join our team at BikeBusinessHUB in Palma de Mallorca. As a Bike Business Strategist, you will be responsible for researching and analyzing the bike industry market on the island, reaching out to local bike-related companies, and facilitating team activities such as brainstorming and business modeling.

Key Responsibilities:
• Research the bike industry market on the island, including numbers and trends.
• Reach out to local bike-related companies, including shops, rentals, cycling tourism, and sport events.
• Facilitate team activities such as brainstorming and business modeling.
• Co-create an economic plan (business case) demonstrating the viability of the business model.
• Prepare presentation and promotional materials (pitch deck, business plans).
• Set up and maintain social media, websites, and marketing accounts.

Requirements:
• Business management, entrepreneurship, or economy studies (or similar).
• Fluent in English (business proficiency) and a solid level of Spanish.
• Strong personal connection and proven affinity to cycling or biking in any form.
• Interest in entrepreneurship, startups, and innovation methodologies.
• Good networking skills, with an affinity for social media and persuasive communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills, well-organized, and capable of working independently with an open and creative mindset.
• A humble person, eager to learn, and capable of working in international team dynamics.
• Ideally, living in Mallorca or open to relocating for the duration of the project.
