Overview
Marlink Group seeks a dynamic Product Lead to drive the execution and growth of its digital interfaces, focusing on customer-facing portals. This role will be fundamental in shaping the strategy, development, and management of our Portals & Digital Interfaces.

Job Summary
As a seasoned Product Lead, you will define and implement a unified mid- and long-term strategy for Marlink's portals, aligning with the broader organizational goals and vision. You will oversee the end-to-end portal development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and post-launch management. Additionally, you will act as the primary liaison between Marlink business units, ensuring that portal strategies align with each unit's goals and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Portals Strategic Direction & Roadmaps
  • Define and implement a unified mid- and long-term strategy for Marlink's portals, aligning with the broader organizational goals and vision.
  • Take ownership of the portal roadmaps and be accountable for ensuring the delivery and functionality of the portals.
  • Evaluate key trends, competitor benchmarks, and opportunities for innovation in portal functionalities through market analysis.
  • Drive the adoption of the strategy across all Business Units of the Marlink group.
Portals Development & Management Coordination
  • Oversee end-to-end portal development lifecycle: from concept and design to deployment and post-launch management.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including IT or engineering, to ensure timely delivery of portal features and enhancements.
  • Prioritize portal initiatives based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility, managing timelines and budgets effectively.
  • Establish processes for continuous improvement of portal performance, reliability, and usability through rigorous monitoring and analysis.
Stakeholder and Business Units Alignment
  • Act as the primary liaison between Marlink business units, ensuring that portal strategies align with each unit's goals and challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure portals deliver value to customers.
  • Engage regularly with business unit leaders and key stakeholders to gather feedback, align on priorities, and address concerns related to portal features, functionality, and accessibility.
User Experience & Design
  • Champion a user-centric approach in portal design, ensuring seamless, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
  • Ensure that design best practices are followed in creating responsive, accessible, and high-performance portals across all devices.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field, with at least 3 years managing large-scale digital or SaaS platforms, and/or customer-facing portals.
  2. Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders at the director level, and in decision-making positions.
  3. Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), portal infrastructure, and cloud-based technologies. Experience in internal system integrations, API-first architectures, and multi-region applications is welcomed. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  4. Business Acumen: Ability to bridge technology and business, with a strategic mindset that aligns portal initiatives to company objectives. Data-driven mindset.
  5. UX & Design: Solid understanding of user experience principles, design thinking, and best practices in digital interface design.
  6. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
