UX Lead

We are seeking a talented UX Lead to join our team at Omniaccess. As a UX Lead, you will be responsible for crafting user-centric experiences that align with our mission to deliver top-tier maritime and enterprise-managed digital services.
This role will play a crucial part in designing a seamless and engaging user experience across our platform, customer portals, and other digital services. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to gather insights and ensure that our platform design reflects real-world user needs and expectations.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in UX/UI design, with experience in driving UX/UI vision and strategy within a company. They will be able to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights, and have a solid understanding of creating user personas, customer journeys, and design systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize end-to-end customer journeys across our platform, portals, and other products;
- Identify key pain points and opportunities in customer journeys through data analysis and direct user feedback;
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure user experience priorities align with broader business objectives;
- Engage directly with customers and end-users to gather qualitative insights and ensure that our platform design reflects real-world user needs and expectations.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in UX/UI roles, preferably in technology and/or software companies;
- Proven experience driving UX/UI vision and strategy within a company;
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights;
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and deadlines;
- A strong portfolio showcasing your work and demonstrating your design process and outcomes;
- Proficiency in design, wireframing, and prototyping tools;
- Demonstrated experience conducting and analyzing user research and usability testing;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
