Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team in Steinhausen, Palma, or remotely. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing campaigns, managing our website and social media presence, and optimizing search engine and social media advertising.

About the Role: In this role, you will work closely with our management team to drive organizational growth and development. You will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies that align with our business goals, as well as maintaining a strong online presence through our website and social media channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to reach our target audience
  • Maintain and update our website and social media content to ensure a strong online presence
  • Optimize search engine and social media advertising to improve conversion rates
  • Analyze and report on the success of our marketing campaigns

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Studies in marketing, economics, or a related field
  • Expertise in online media and social media marketing
  • Initial experience working with HubSpot
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • A strategic-analytical mindset, engaging demeanor, entrepreneurial approach, initiative, and a strong hands-on mentality
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and strong IT skills

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is €60,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience.
