**The Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for ensuring our social media activity is exceptional, providing products and services within our brand operating standards.
You will follow our social media strategy, create engaging content, manage our social channels, and work on solidifying our presence across key markets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in social media planning and execution, including curation of editorial calendars and content creation for key business lines.
- Create content for our website, blog, social media, newsletter, and press releases.
- Manage social media content creation process from start to finish, including creative brief development and approval workflows.
- Copywriting for social media posts and ensuring effective hashtag usage to increase exposure to relevant audiences.
- Review competitor social media accounts and stay up-to-date with social media trends.
**Working with Our Team**
You will work closely with our Marketing and Communications Manager, supporting the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns from ideation to strategy and execution.
You will also collaborate with our wider marketing team, including in-house creative and social media, to help plan, create, develop, and optimize our multi-channel strategy.
**About You**
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Associate who can bring new ideas and perspectives to our team. You should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent writing and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing. You should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and have experience with social media management tools.
**What We Offer**
