About the RoleAs a Business Development Executive at Perform Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our client portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and engaging with potential clients in the Irish and UK markets.
- Building strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Presenting our recruitment services and tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
- Negotiating and closing deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborating with our recruitment team to ensure seamless client onboarding.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
Qualifications and Skills- A proven track record of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- A comfort level working in a fully remote environment.
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission earnings. You will also enjoy the benefits of remote flexibility, immediate start, and a fast-paced dynamic work environment.
