About the Role

As a Business Development Executive at Perform Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our client portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and engaging with potential clients in the Irish and UK markets.
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Presenting our recruitment services and tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
  • Negotiating and closing deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborating with our recruitment team to ensure seamless client onboarding.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

Qualifications and Skills
  • A proven track record of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • A comfort level working in a fully remote environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission earnings. You will also enjoy the benefits of remote flexibility, immediate start, and a fast-paced dynamic work environment.
