About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager for the Spanish market. You will be mostly working at the office and occasionally visiting customers. Your primary responsibility will be managing your own portfolio of customers, ensuring they achieve the expected outcomes. You will partner with customers, taking ownership right after they are active, and become a trusted advisor by understanding strategic requirements and implementing solutions. You will identify and leverage upselling and cross-selling opportunities, collect feedback on the product, and assist in Product Management with feature design, user experience, and road mapping.
