Technical Presales Engineer

Arrow Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Technical Presales Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Presales Engineer, you will work closely with sales representatives to advise and counsel partners on the best security solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver customized demos and presentations, conduct training and webinars, and provide technical advice and support for customers.
Key Responsibilities- Work in the Enterprise environment to create documents about progress and achieved results.
- Check the correct performance of installed equipment and organize meetings with customers to showcase solutions.
- Install, configure, and maintain equipment, evaluate its performance, and assist in the installation of systems.
- Analyze the correct performance on assigned tasks, troubleshoot issues, and create technical documents.
- Pay attention to client specifications and create guidance for the resolution of specific problems in configuration.
- Conduct training sessions, realize models to show solutions and demos to clients, and carry out proofs of concept appropriate to client needs.
- Make presentations of customized solutions to clients.
- Knowledge of Fortinet SD-WAN solution.
- Experience with Fortinet products, especially FortiGate, and hands-on exposure to network management and security operations in FortiManager.
- Experience with FortiSwitches and FortiAPs would also be an asset.
- Knowledge of switching & wireless communications, specifically FortiSwitch & FortiAP.
- Certifications in NSE4 FortiOS, NSE 5 FortiManager, NSE 6 FortiSwitch, NSE 5 Secure Wireless LAN, and NSE 7 SD-WAN.
