Job Title: Technical Presales Engineer

About the Role:
Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) is seeking a skilled Technical Presales Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Presales Engineer, you will work closely with sales representatives to advise and counsel partners on the best security solutions for their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical guidance on Fortinet SD-WAN solutions.
• Deliver customized demos and presentations to showcase the capabilities of Fortinet SD-WAN.
• Conduct training and webinars to educate customers on the latest security solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers.
• Collaborate with the technical team to create technical documents and guides for customers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Fortinet products and technologies.

Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Fortinet SD-WAN solutions and FortiGate products.
• Experience with network management and security operations in FortiManager.
• Familiarity with FortiSwitch and FortiAP products.
• Certifications in NSE4 FortiOS, NSE 5 FortiManager, NSE 6 FortiSwitch, NSE 5 Secure Wireless LAN, and NSE 7 SD-WAN.
• Passion for learning new technologies and a strong attitude for new challenges.
