Job Title: Presales Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Engineer to join our team. As a Presales Engineer, you will work in the technical department in tandem with sales representatives to sell and promote assigned vendor's products. You will deliver customized demos and presentations, conduct training and webinars, and provide technical advice and support for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical knowledge and expertise to support business teams in the development and defining Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Interacting with partners, identifying needs and business opportunities by performing technical consultancy
  • Delivering training and workshops for customers
  • Continuously learning on the latest technologies and obtaining vendor's certifications
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and/or experience in the storage, AI, DGX, GPUs or HPC areas
  • Knowledge and/or experience with NetApp's or NVIDIA products
  • Knowledge and/or experience with platforms like Omniverse, Cumulus, Ontap
  • Negotiating skills as well as strong communication skills
  • Strong customer orientation with a sense of innovation and technology
  • Ability to identify and resolve partners issues with excelling at prioritization of the workload
  • Willingness to occasional travel nationally
