Job Title: Presales Engineer

Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Presales Engineer to join our team. As a Presales Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales teams in the technical department, working closely with sales representatives to sell and promote assigned vendor's products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver customized demos and presentations to customers and partners.
  • Conduct training and webinars to educate customers on Fortinet solutions.
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers and partners.
  • Participate in technology fairs and events to showcase Fortinet solutions.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Fortinet solutions and products.
  • Experience with Fortinet products, such as FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager, FortiSwitch, and FortiAP.
  • Certifications in Fortinet solutions, such as NSE4 FortiOS, NSE 5 FortiManager, NSE 6 FortiSwitch, and NSE 7 SD-WAN.
  • Experience dealing with partners and customers in network and security project development.
  • Negotiating skills and strong communication skills.
  • Strong customer orientation with a sense of innovation and technology.
  • Ability to identify and resolve partners' issues with excellent prioritization of workload.
  • Willingness to occasional travel nationally.
