About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious sales professional to join our Inside Sales team as an Inside Sales Client Partner for Consulting Services. As a key member of our European Sales team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our Consulting Services business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales process between Infor Consulting Services and our existing customers, leveraging your excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of Infor's portfolio and services offerings, as well as the needs and challenges of our customers, to deliver tailored solutions and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Field Sales, Inside Sales, Operations, and Legal, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of sales initiatives.
  • Manage and forecast your own pipeline, setting goals and objectives to drive personal and team success.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of success and a deep understanding of the sales process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines to achieve sales goals.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
