About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Client Partner to join our Consulting Services team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the sales process between Infor Consulting Services and our existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed individual targets.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with Infor's portfolio and services offerings to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Manage and forecast sales pipeline, engage with customers, and work with a mentor to set career development goals.
Requirements
  • Fluent level of Norwegian and English language skills.
  • Knowledge of the Nordics markets is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree or similar required, Technical discipline preferred.
  • Services and/or Sales Background Experience in the Technology Arena preferred, min 1 year of experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.
  • MS-Office suite and various other software applications used as required.
  • Customer-oriented approach, strong teaming skills, and demonstration of proactive leadership.
