About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Client Partner to join our team at Infor Inc. in Norway. As an Inside Sales Client Partner, you will play a critical role in managing the sales process between Infor Consulting Services and our existing customers in Norway.

Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive growth and revenue. You will work closely with our internal teams, including Field Sales, Inside Sales, Operations, and Legal stakeholders, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in Norway
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and forecast own pipeline, engaging with customers to drive sales growth
  • Stay up-to-date with Infor's portfolio and services offerings, as well as industry trends and market developments
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and drive sales excellence
Requirements
  • Fluent level of Norwegian and English
  • Knowledge of the Nordics markets is a strong plus
  • Bachelor's Degree or similar required, Technical discipline preferred
  • Services and/or Sales Background Experience in the Technology Arena preferred, min 1 year of experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills
  • MS-Office suite and various other software applications used as required
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • Strong teaming skills and demonstration of proactive leadership
  • Ability to develop senior-level business relationships
