About the Role:

Infor is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Client Partner to join our Consulting Services team. As an Inside Sales Client Partner, you will play a critical role in managing the sales process between Infor Consulting Services and our existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales process between Infor Consulting Services and existing customers
  • Build relationships with Field Sales, Inside Sales, Operations, and Legal stakeholders
  • Manage and forecast own pipeline - engage with customers
  • Develop and execute a Sales Strategy to drive identified opportunities to closure
  • Provide small engagement orders to support ad hoc demand and work with the resourcing team to schedule and deliver appropriate resources
  • Comply with all company processes and tools used to record and track opportunities and orders and report progress
  • Manage opportunities for new business and installed base in line with Infor's standard documentation and procedures
  • Run promotions & campaigns to build a sustainable pipeline for the business unit

Requirements:

  • Fluent level of Norwegian and English
  • Knowledge of the Nordics markets is a strong plus
  • Bachelor's Degree or similar required, Technical discipline preferred
  • Services and/or Sales Background Experience in the Technology Arena preferred, min 1 year of experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills
  • MS-Office suite and various other software applications used as required
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • Strong teaming skills and demonstration of proactive leadership
  • Ability to develop senior-level business relationships
