About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Client Partner to join our Infor Consulting Services team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the sales process between Infor Consulting Services and our existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive identified opportunities to closure, ensuring individual targets are met or exceeded.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal departments to ensure all planned work is documented correctly and follows internal procedures.
  • Manage and forecast own pipeline, engaging with customers to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with Infor's portfolio and services offerings, as well as internal tools and processes, to effectively handle day-to-day job requirements.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales, Inside Sales, Operations, and Legal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide small engagement orders to support ad hoc demand and work with the resourcing team to schedule and deliver appropriate resources.
  • Comply with all company processes and tools used to record and track opportunities and orders, and report progress.
Requirements
  • Fluent level of Norwegian and English.
  • Knowledge of the Nordics markets is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree or similar required, Technical discipline preferred.
  • Services and/or Sales Background Experience in the Technology Arena preferred, min 1 year of experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.
  • MS-Office suite and various other software applications used as required.
  • Customer-oriented approach.
  • Strong teaming skills and demonstration of proactive leadership.
  • Ability to develop senior-level business relationships.
