Careers at Drata are thrilled to announce a new opportunity for a Technical Support Representative in Spain. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and helping them achieve their goals.

**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Spain. In this role, you will provide top-notch support to our customers, helping them troubleshoot technical issues and deploy our platform effectively.

**Responsibilities**

  • Become a technical product knowledge expert on our platform, products, and services with guidance from our Senior team members.
  • Help our customers fully deploy Drata into their organizations, troubleshooting with Drata itself to solve contextual issues related to a user's cloud infrastructure, version control, identity, HR software, and endpoints within their environment.
  • Work alongside our customer success managers to help customers complete full rollouts of Drata and occasionally collaborate with sales to facilitate upsell opportunities.
  • Channel feedback to the rest of the company, especially when collaborating with our product and engineering teams to troubleshoot and define issues, track their impact, and fixes.

**Requirements**

  • Service-minded and attentive to giving customers the best possible support and experience with our products.
  • Initiative and desire to learn new skills/technologies and remain up-to-date with the latest trends; real passion for solving technical problems.
  • Willingness to research and learn more complex skills related to compliance, automation, and log monitoring.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
  • An understanding of the principles of compliance and/or automation technology.

**Salary and Benefits**

This is a full-time position with a salary of around $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer supplemental health benefits, learning and development opportunities, and flexible time off.

**Location**

This role is based in Spain and requires candidates to be located in the country.
