Job Overview
We are seeking an entry-level Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Success team in Marbella. This role focuses on supporting our growing base of individual customers and small businesses.
Responsibilities
• Assist new and existing customers with their inquiries and issues, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Conduct engaging onboarding sessions to help new customers kick-start their journey with our products.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services, becoming the go-to resource for our customers.
• Excel in a fast-paced environment by efficiently prioritizing tasks, solving problems, and multitasking.
• Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting, turning challenges into solutions.
• Document and track customer interactions and solutions meticulously.
Requirements
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Strong ability to investigate and resolve customer issues creatively.
• Basic knowledge of technical tools and a keen willingness to learn, e.g., simple scripting or data tools.
• Collaborative spirit with a proactive attitude.
• An associate degree or equivalent is required.
