Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team at AirHelp. As a key member of our Customer Operations department, you will play a vital role in assisting customers with their claims and providing exceptional service via email, chat, and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers at every stage of our claim-handling process, ensuring timely and friendly communication.
Utilize your legal knowledge to advise and assist air travelers, providing expert guidance and support.
Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective customer service strategies.

Requirements:

Fluent communication in English and Hungarian (both spoken and written, minimum B2 level).
Experience working with targets (nice to have).
Eagerness to learn about the airline industry and customer service.
Satisfaction from helping people and willingness to go the extra mile for them.
Ability to work in a shift system (24/7/365).
