About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Business Unit Manager to lead our Joint Replacement Business Unit in Iberia. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding market share, and delivering financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Regional Sales Managers and commercial teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to capture market share and drive revenue growth
  • Manage P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, opinion leaders, and industry partners
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to support sales initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Provide regular business updates and insights to senior leadership
Requirements
  • 10+ years of commercial experience in the medical device industry
  • Proven track record of delivering business growth and financial objectives
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with intermediate level of Italian a plus
