Business Unit Manager for Joint Replacement Iberia

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Business Unit Manager to lead our Joint Replacement division in Iberia. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding market share, and delivering financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Regional Sales Managers and commercial teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Develop and execute sales strategies to capture market share and drive revenue growth
- Manage P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
- 10+ years of commercial experience in the medical device industry, with a proven track record of success
- Experience as a Commercial or Division Business Unit Leader or Regional Sales Manager
- Direct selling experience, preferably in the medical device industry
- Fluent level of English and Spanish, with intermediate level of Italian a plus
- Proven ability to build and execute on a marketing/sales budget and plan
- Strong commercial/financial acumen, including demonstrated record of overachieving organizational goals
