In this exciting position at Games Workshop, you will have the opportunity to work with our trade partners, helping them grow their sales by managing their product range and providing expert advice. Your goal will be to develop a relationship of trust with your customers, ensuring they have the right stock and are aware of new product ranges. You will also be responsible for performing stock checks, identifying opportunities to close sales, and looking for ways to grow the number of customers committed to our stockist programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calling independent retail outlets to ensure they have the right range in stock.
- Advising customers on product ordering to maximize sales opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with business partners and colleagues.
- Performing stock checks and ensuring reorder stock.
- Informing customers of new product ranges and identifying sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Ability to build strong relationships with business partners and colleagues.
- Excellent customer service and time management.
- Ability to multi-task and high organizational skills.
- Ability to influence existing clients and grow sales.
- Fluent English and Polish, with one additional language to a business level.
Working at Games Workshop:
We value people who put the needs of the company first and behave in a professional manner. A driver's license is required, and relocation support is provided. The working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09.00 to 17.00. The offer includes a salary of 32,000€, profit share bonus, pension plan, and staff discount on our products.
