Furniture Sales Professional

Nick Scali is a leading luxury furniture designer and retailer with over 110 showrooms across Australia and New Zealand.
About the RoleThis permanent part-time opportunity offers the chance to work 35 hours a week, across 7 hours a day, at our Highpoint showroom. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming store environment and providing exceptional product knowledge to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a compelling in-store experience that showcases our luxury furniture range.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Foster a culture of excellence, ensuring all customer interactions are professional and courteous.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of surpassing sales targets in high-end retail environments.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the furniture or luxury goods industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
