About the Role

This permanent part-time opportunity offers the chance to work 35 hours a week, across 7 hours a day, at our Highpoint showroom. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming store environment and providing exceptional product knowledge to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a compelling in-store experience that showcases our luxury furniture range.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, ensuring all customer interactions are professional and courteous.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of surpassing sales targets in high-end retail environments.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the furniture or luxury goods industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
