Job Summary

Wipro is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Architect to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. Your expertise in marketing technology and Salesforce Marketing Cloud will enable you to collaborate with our marketing team to automate and optimize marketing processes, configure data import, and work with customers and platform data. You will also be responsible for providing technical expertise and best practice guidance on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and integrations, participating in code reviews, and configuring and setting up data models. If you have a strong background in computer science, information systems, or a related field, and significant experience in marketing technology with at least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with and certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to automate and optimize marketing processes
• Configure data import
• Work with customers and platform data (SQL, views, Send Log)
• Write basic SQL, including join statements
• Create dynamic, personalized marketing assets using various scripting languages (e.g., HTML, Server-Side Javascript, AMPscript)
• Build Marketing Cloud web experience, data forms, custom preference, subscription pages
• Work through and resolve scenarios using REST and SOAP API
• Perform Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administration activities
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track campaign effectiveness and sales performance
• Provide technical expertise and best practice guidance on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and integrations
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and to foster continuous improvement of code quality
• Configure and set up data models (data extensions, shared data extensions, Contact model)
• Collaborate with team members to define, analyze, understand and document technical requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, required
• Significant experience in marketing technology with at least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with and certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Knowledge of Marketing Cloud features, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Web Studio, and Audience Builder
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud APIs
• Experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions
• Experience in practicing agile methodologies, including scrum and continuous integration environments
• Demonstrated ability to distil business requirements into solution architecture and system design across marketing and sales systems
• Strong knowledge of business modelling and process documentation
• Deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, data models, and common integration points with marketing systems
• Ability to lead and facilitate technical requirements gathering and design sessions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Salesforce Certifications - Preferred: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Certification, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification
