Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Architect to join our team at Wipro. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to automate and optimize marketing processes.
• Configure data import and work with customers and platform data (SQL, views, Send Log).
• Write basic SQL, including join statements.
• Create dynamic, personalized marketing assets using various scripting languages (e.g., HTML, Server-Side Javascript, AMP-script).
• Build Marketing Cloud web experience, data forms, custom preference, subscription pages.
• Work through and resolve scenarios using REST and SOAP API.
• Perform Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administration activities.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track campaign effectiveness and sales performance.
• Provide technical expertise and best practice guidance on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and integrations.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and to foster continuous improvement of code quality.
• Configure and set up data models (data extensions, shared data extensions, Contact model).

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, required.
• Significant experience in marketing technology with at least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience and certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of Marketing Cloud features, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Web Studio, and Audience Builder.
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud APIs.
• Experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator.
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions.
• Experience in practicing agile methodologies, including scrum and continuous integration environments.
• Demonstrated ability to distil business requirements into solution architecture and system design across marketing and sales systems.
• Strong knowledge of business modelling and process documentation.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, data models, and common integration points with marketing systems.
• Ability to lead and facilitate technical requirements gathering and design sessions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
