We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Architect and Senior Developer to join our team at Wipro. This pivotal role is responsible for driving digital marketing strategy, ensuring optimal inbox placement and deliverability, and enhancing engagement through expertly crafted marketing journeys.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in marketing technology with at least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience and certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. They will be proficient in AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS, and have knowledge of Marketing Cloud features, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Web Studio, and Audience Builder.

The responsibilities of this role include designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, collaborating with the marketing team to automate and optimize marketing processes, and providing technical expertise and best practice guidance on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and integrations.

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to automate and optimize marketing processes.
  • Provide technical expertise and best practice guidance on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track campaign effectiveness and sales performance.
  • Configure and set up data models (data extensions, shared data extensions, Contact model).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Significant experience in marketing technology with at least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience and certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
