Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Architect

At Wipro Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Architect to join our team. As a key member of our marketing technology team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop complex Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including email campaigns, journey builder, and automation studio.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to automate and optimize marketing processes, ensuring optimal inbox placement and deliverability.
  • Configure data import and work with customers and platform data (SQL, views, Send Log).
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track campaign effectiveness and sales performance.
  • Provide technical expertise and best practice guidance on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and integrations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Significant experience in marketing technology with at least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with and certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Cloud features, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Web Studio, and Audience Builder.
  • Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS.
  • Experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator.
