Job Description
As a Dutch-English Customer Service Representative at TTEC, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers through voice, chat, or email to provide exceptional service and resolve their issues. You will work in a dynamic team environment, reporting to a Team Lead and contributing to the success of the customer experience and the overall success of the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need 6 months or more of related customer service experience in retail, contact center, customer electronics, or similar fields. You must also possess effective written communication skills, including grammar and spelling in Dutch-English, and be able to work in a team setting. Additionally, you should have a desire to help solve issues, come up with solutions, and keep organized in your work.
