About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and building pipelines to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and master Jitterbit's products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage with potential clients and stakeholders.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, including 12 Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize results.
- Document and share knowledge gained from prospect interactions to inform future sales strategies.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or cloud-based products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Italian is preferred.
