About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at NCC Group North America. As a key member of our commercial growth team, you will be responsible for driving business expansion and revenue growth across various sectors in the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth targets in pipeline, sales, revenue, and margin, while ensuring strong cash collection.
  • Target and secure new business across various sectors, driving market penetration.
  • Lead the strategic development of propositions within emerging accounts, focusing on large deal shaping.
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Serve as a market expert and cultivate thought leadership to ensure client success.
  • Generate clear demand signals within your accounts to guide delivery units and inform product and service innovation.
  • Facilitate client workshops, encouraging knowledge sharing, and fostering market immersion.
  • Build and maintain high-value relationships with major customers and authorities across various sectors to drive sustainable growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development and account management within any major industry sector, with a strong preference for candidates with an established network in Spain.
  • Demonstrable success in selling complex IT and/or cybersecurity solutions to strategic clients, with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team, coaching and sharing best practices with colleagues.
  • Passionate and enthusiastic approach to work.
  • Proactive attitude, motivation, and ambition with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Creativity, resourcefulness, and adaptability.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both in listening and articulating thoughts effectively.
