About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the ISA Management Team and Business Development Team in developing and implementing business development and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the ISA Finance Senior Director to set up and implement key strategic initiatives for the ISA Finance function.
  • Provide ad hoc information and analysis to support business development and commercial strategy.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence and analytics capabilities to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and present timely and meaningful financial results and key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Support project and program management across the organization.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a consulting firm or similar role.
  • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written communication).
  • Portuguese language skills desirable.
